The Options30 membership costs $20 per month and automatically renews until canceled. The exact price and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase.
Cancellation
Members may cancel through the membership platform or by contacting: [email protected]
Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal charge to prevent that charge. Members should retain their cancellation confirmation.
Following cancellation, access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period unless access is terminated for fraud, misuse, chargeback activity or violation of the Terms.
Refund Policy
Except where required by law, payments are final and nonrefundable. Options30 ordinarily does not provide refunds for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused membership
- Failure to log in
- Failure to connect Discord
- Failure to read alerts
- A lack of alerts during a period
- Dissatisfaction with an alert
- A trading loss
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Third-party service interruptions
- Removal for violating the Terms
- Changes to features or alert frequency
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge. Include:
- Account name
- Account email
- Transaction date
- Amount
- Description of the issue
Do not email complete card numbers. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected.
Chargebacks
Members are encouraged to contact Options30 before initiating a chargeback so that billing issues can be investigated.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
